"The Itinerant Geographer" was the title of a meticulous newsletter formerly published by the Geography Department at UC Berkeley. It was a labor of love compiled and written by Wallach's academic advisor, the late James J. Parsons.

The text here appears in A Sense of Place, a collection of the papers presented at the 2014 annual meeting of the Indian Society of Landscape Architects. Later, I used the title for a book published by the University of Nebraska Press.
