Today, we’re shaking things up a bit. Tom Magoffin’s story about maintaining his faith over an inspiring, 80 year life will drop next Monday. This week, we’re airing the first episode in a bonus series that we’re calling: “come as you are.” In these episodes, we’ll be talking to believers around Fort Worth about stories that often slide under the radar. They’re the stories that might not seem huge but affect us all in very real ways. We all wear those stories in our hearts and on our shoulders and likely never think to share.

Our mission with Everstory is to seek out and celebrate everyone’s story. No story is too big, no story is too small. So, today, our great friend Ashley West agreed to drop by and talk about her intentional decision to maintain her singleness, despite what she feels is a persistent cultural pressure to marry.
