Become A Trauma Informed Coach
Are you a coach who's afraid to use the "T" word (Trauma) on your calls? Or you that trauma is a thing, that it happens, but not much more (because you’re not sure if you want to know more)? If any of this resonates (or you just want to know more about how, as coaches, we can support clients carrying trauma), this podcast is for you. Bringing our lack of understanding into the light is necessary to support ourselves—and clients—during calls. Now coach, I am NOT HERE to induce fear or paralysis in your coaching—bleh. I am here to help you 1) see what you’re potentially not seeing, 2) reaffirm 10000% that you absolutely can do something about it, and 3) reinforce the notion that we all start somewhere (it’s ok to be where you’re at right now)! There is SO MUCH you can do to support clients carrying trauma—as well as understanding the limitations we have as coaches—so that they can receive the care they are in search of. I believe that being Trauma-Informed is an Essential Standard of Care for every coach in the coaching industry. I have a vision of every coach being Trauma-Informed.

My Spiritual Expansion + LOVE LETTERS for those affected by or questioning their religion.
I have another "Love Letters" podcast episode for you today, perhaps my most vulnerable podcast release yet.
It is meant for those who have or are questioning their religious upbringing. This is something I have personally gone through; I have also witnessed many loved ones and a surprisingly large % of my clients experience in recent years.
So, the "Love Letter" portion comes from personal experience as well as observations of those around me (be it clients, friends, support groups, other family, etc.).
Tune in to listen to key sharing points and myth-clearing of this episode:
- Excerpt from a journal entry.
- A slice of my Spiritual Expansion/Deconstruction.
- Lastly, a Love letter to those affected by religion or similar affiliations/ upbringings.
A few myths are also cleared up:
- People oftentimes don’t ASK for their awakenings.
- People oftentimes WANT to make it work in their religions they were born into.
- People can be trustworthy regardless of religious affiliation
- People have values regardless of religious affiliation.
- Everyone’s journey is unique. There is no one size fits all answer for where all the humans should be.
Whether you are all in with your religion, half in, in and out, etc, I 100% respect your choice to be where you know you're meant to be. I hope this love letter helps you feel validated, loved, and supported in the questions you’re asking and decisions you’re making. There is space for you to be and exist exactly as you are.
