We are all naturally conditioned to try and avoid feelings at all costs. Constantly trying to avoid, distract, disconnect from the feelings inside of us that are extremely hard to sit in. This podcast is all about learning how to feel all the uncomfortable feelings to truly be able to heal from some of the hardest things we go through. Feeling is extremely hard but is the gateway to healing.
