In the hot seat today, talking all things receivership, a gentleman by the name of David Eden.
David is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Property Receiver, working as Partner in the Receivership & Recovery Solutions at highly respected real estate consultancy, Cushman & Wakefield, with previous Senior positions at JLL and Deloitte.
To co-host this session, I invited a Real Developer who is now entering his second year as a Real Developer and has just completed his first purchase of a site from a receiver, Fahd Gondal of London based developer FxCD.
