For those who don’t like to write in a journal, do I have a solution for you! Or rather, my sister Sara has a solution for you. Sara is going to be my guest on Episode 98. However, as we were prepping for our chat, she told me that she doesn’t like to write in a journal and that she basically does a verbal journal instead.
While I wasn’t planning to do a second episode on journaling, her ideas and wisdom were just too good to pass up.
