Building habits are what will propel us when we are figuring out our ikigai, pushing through discomfort, and stretching ourselves with our goals. This is the last installment in the series on gaining ground in our adventures. In this episode I extensively refer to James Clear’s best-selling book Atomic Habits.

Clear outlines three readings why tracking habits is powerful:
1. It creates a visual cue that can remind you to act.
2. It’s motivating to see the progress you are making. 
3. It feels satisfying to record your success in the moment.

In this episode, I refer to the other three episodes in this series: 103, 104, & 105.
