Jessica Macpherson made a career changing decision after receiving her Golden Hoodie in 2020 and started Blaze your Trail.
Jessica  saw how important a Salesforce admin resource could be for a non-profit organisation and how hard it was to find an admin role requiring no experience. Listen in as we hear how Jessica created volunteer roles at St Kilda Mums to close the candidate experience gap and help give everyone an opportunity to gain hands-on experience. This would then lead her to start her own Salesforce consultancy to benefit both non-profits and job seekers.
