Documenting my notes verbally until I can get back to writing/reading/use of notebooks & working every day on a recovery of distracting, unrelenting & mentally taxing nerve radiculopathy that currently is hips down. The objective is to end the darkness of SI (& HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable & thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd & better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) & increase getting IT done.
