Bunny and I experienced this as a couple and it's turned into a strong bond that goes beyond a sexual exchange. I mean, if we want to have sex every day, we could. There's no question about that. If I said, okay, I want to have sex every day, then he would submit.

So I want you today, your task is to think about that, to think about what would it be like to be in a relationship with that kind of control handed over to your partner or partners? And if you are currently experiencing chastity on your own, I want you to lock up and take those keys and put them somewhere and imagine that I am holding on to those keys for you and give yourself a limit. If you have only gone one day with locked chastity, I want you to double it. I want you to add another day. It may not seem like a lot, but I want you to try it and see what it does to your mind, really focus in on what it does to your experience as you walk through life.

We're going into our seventh year and there's been ups and downs, that's for sure, but more ups than downs, I'll say that much. There is less boredom, there's less routine, it's not as humdrum as your regular in and out penetration. So do something similar.

Whatever it is your hobby is, whatever it is your enjoyment is off work time, focus in on that. Put aside the porn, put aside the constant conquest to get sex and be disappointed over and over again. Men going out to bars hoping tonight will be the night and being disappointed over and over again. Or maybe you aren't disappointed. Maybe you are achieving your goal in having sex whenever it is you want it, but it's lacking some luster. So I would love to see a man who goes to a bar, often uncaged.
