We talk to Neil about the different aspects of the farm and how the management of the business is split with his brother, with Neil looking after all the Livestock and Mike looking after all the Operations (all the field work).

We then discuss the how the farm is affected for three months of the year, not just three days of the year, by being part of the site for one of Europe's biggest festivals, The Glastonbury Festival. What this means for the management of the farm and it's unique challenges!
