EPISODE SUMMARY

In this week's episode, I encourage you to invite people into your kitchen to cook together. That is kitchen activism.  Each of the action steps to Kitchen Activism I discussed here in the podcast, like meal planning, shopping, and kitchen organization. It all comes together to be served on our plates.

We can take control of our food choices. But it requires us to cook more often. We must cook more and reverse the downward trend of time spent in the kitchen. When we cook at home, we have the agency to reverse the trends that are happening globally to our planet. And it feels empowering. This is activism. It is delicious. And it's fun. Cooking with others is a binding experience.
