If I can JUST lose 10 pounds then I'll be happy - once I get pregnant.. I can enjoy life again. Which is true. Temporarily. Then the next thing happens and we are back in the same spiral with the same mindset looking for the NEXT thing. Girl, let me tell you - that light at the end of the tunnel is not a thing.
