Welcome to Homework with Kim, Episode 7 -Here to Help: Now SERVING

Thank you so much for joining me for this episode!

It is true that many of us learnt and memorized the commandment "Love your neighbor as yourself" from an early age. However, it is also true that sometimes we do not strive to serve others, especially those in our family, with excellence.

As customers, most of us are aware of how frustrating it is to receive subpar service, but do we take steps to ensure that we are providing the best possible care for our homes and families?

This episode compares a few poor customer service hazards that we have all probably encountered and places them in the context of family life to help us understand our roles as spouses. Husbands, parents, siblings, etc. as a service representative striving to be of great assistance and support to our loved ones, and by extension, communities.

Let's do the necessary homework to give people closest to us the assurance they need that we are here to support them-Here to help: Now Serving.
