Christmas can be a wonderful time of the year but it can also be a pretty tough time especially when you have to spend it missing someone you love.

In today's episode, I'll talk about how our family spent our first Christmas without Nicholas, just under 8 months after he died, and what traditions have evolved over the past four years to weave Nicholas' spirit into Christmas.

I also have four loving suggestions to help you navigate grief in your own way if you're missing loved ones during this festive season (and you're not feeling very festive).

Sending extra love to you if you're grieving this Christmas.
