Yoga One, the pioneer of yoga practice in San Diego

Amy and her husband Michael started Yoga One over twenty years ago in San Diego after traveling around the world and falling in love with the practice of Yoga in India. It's hard to believe that yoga was barely heard of twenty years ago when it is now so mainstream. I give credit to them for being the pioneers of yoga practice in San Diego. They have a beautiful studio in Mission Hills where I had a chance to interview Amy and her all about how they got to where they are today.
