Edmondson, Ph.D. is a Novartis Professor of Leadership & Management at Harvard Business School, author of two (soon to be three with The Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well) books The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth AND Building the Future: Big Teaming for Audacious Innovation, co-author of Extreme Teaming, author of dozens of articles and a TEDx Talk presenter.
