Moving to Miami from Cuba at 4 years old, Dr. Echemendia talks about working for his father’s dental practice, landing in a Long Island, NY kitchen as a dishwasher, and ultimately finding his passion in psychology while away at college. A licensed pilot with an appreciation for fine wine, Dr. Echemendia shares insights on research and baking in this week's podcast.
