Michael is the VP of Strategic Development at Eastern Construction Company Limited and has an inspiring 25+ years of experience. Coming from a family of construction, Michael is a notable leader, having worked for well-known firms such as Eastern and Graham.
With most of his time spent in Estimating, he talks about the contrast between the bidding process now versus when he was starting out, as well as his preference for collaborative procurement.
Interestingly, Matt and Michael dive into the benefits of really getting to know people - and how technology has altered that - plus the difference the pandemic has made.
