Jan 10, 2024 Season 1 Episode 72
Dee & Drew

In this episode of the pod, Drew and Dee dig into the NFL Playoffs starting this week with Super Wildcard Weekend. The matchups and time slots are set and the guys are pumped to watch these matchups. They go over the matchups they are least and most excited for and why. The Rams going to Detroit and taking on the Lions has to be at the top of everyone's list but what other matchups are juicy?

They also talk about what many refer to as Black Monday which is the Monday after the NFL regular season ends in which coach are fired. This year there was not as much movement as expected although there was one coach move that surprised everyone. The Tennessee Titans let go of Head Coach Mike Vrabel.

Is Coach Vrabel now the number 1 coaching candidate available?

The guys also talk about the Russell Wilson Denver Broncos situation which has taken another turn where now Head Coach Sean Payton has said that he is not ruling out the possibility of a Wilson return after a 30 minute meeting.

The Michigan Wolverines and Jim Harbaugh have won the National Championship in dominate fashion beating the Washington Huskies with suffocating defense. Should JJ McCarthy return for another year? Will Jim Harbaugh be back? How much of this national championship has an asterisks?

Finally the guys wrap up talking about Draymond Green and his almost retirement and his eventual return to a struggling Golden State Warriors team.
