In this podcast segment, Joe talks about his job that he feels the higher management and "most" of supervisors are really pressuring him to quit and they are aggravating him aggressively and very verbally abusive to make him look like an idiot and giving him a bad reputation as a supervisor.
Joe talks about bullies at any place, it could be at school, work or any where you are at. Joe was wondering if he should complain to H.R. but Joe is not that type of person he wont complain. Joe explain that he's been with the company for 25 years. Joe talks about no one is perfect in the world but some works like to think they are perfect and never make a mistake.
Joe explains that he had a bad day at work and the management were giving him a hard time, and Joe explains that he is done holding back and now he is speaking back through the walkie talkies.
Joe talks about two trolls " POPCORN HAIR" and "FAT FACE".
Joe talks about he wont say anything and just let him talk and let them say what they say about me. Joe thinks that the work place is full of hypocrisy and the work policy is full of contradiction and more.......
