Wow, besties... this is a DEEP episode. Our bestie Jennifer was BEYOND vulnerable in the most beautiful way.

We do want to give a quick trigger warning before you get into this episode incase you aren't in the mental headspace to listen to us talk about the following topics: suicide, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, bullying, & being neurodivergent.

We are BEYOND proud of our girl, Jen. We met Jen early on in our Besties & Business journey, and we have had the privilege of seeing her GROW so freaking much. The vulnerability that she brought to this episode & her willingness to share her story was beyond inspiring. We just know that this episode will open up your mind and will also leave so much impact.

Let's get to know Jen before jumping into the episode!

If you were to ask those closest to Jennifer Ciaccio to describe her they would tell you that she is bright, friendly, passionate, creative,  an animal lover, someone who has always had a desire to make an impact on the world, and most importantly, funny. Jen spends her days with the intent to make those around her laugh, or at the very least, smile. She tries to weave her characteristics that she is known for into her business, The Bunny Lass Melts. She makes soy based wax melts using 100% vegan friendly materials in unique shapes and uplifting scents. Life can be hard, so her goal is to give you just a moment in your day to pause and smile. As a neurodivergent person,  mental health is a subject near and dear to her heart.  She uses her platform to do her part  to end the stigma and taboo nature surrounding mental illness, and hopes to encourage others to speak freely about their mental health journey without fear of judgment.

We shouted out our bestie Aubrey toward the end of the episode, when Jen's #1 piece of advice made Jess think of a way that Aubrey inspired her a few days before that! Go say hi to her over on instagram too! @Aubrey.fitzner
