175. [Steph] Navigating grief on the entrepreneurial journey
In this episode, Steph opens up about why she has taken a step back in these last few weeks. During this time, Steph has been taking a step back from her businesses to navigate some stuff going on in her personal life after the loss of her grandmother.
She opens up about what this has been like for her, how she is handling it while also balancing two businesses & how it has changed her perspective. She dives deep into what her life as an entrepreneur has looked like while navigating dealing with grief in a way she never has.
Steph hopes that this episode will help all the Besties out there who might be going through a similar part of life. She hopes that this is a message to all entrepreneurs, content creators & business owners that it is OKAY to take a step back from your business if you are battling something difficult.
She chats about the guilt that can be felt when having to take a step back for something so drastic, like the loss of a loved one. She also chats about how this is a part of life & a BIG part of navigating being a business owner, while also being human and having to move through emotions while making BIG choices in life.
