In our journey, we must be resilient to bring success. As hoteliers, we faced the last two disasters, the economic recession in 2009 and the recent pandemic. But with our resilience, we came back better than before. In this podcast, I explained why resilience is key for our journey. We will have lots of problems every day; as resilience, we face the problem and solve it and become stronger than ever.
