DESIGN - How can we integrate technology into the classroom or design innovative student experiences?

We're kicking off the new year with a series on the Edutopia article titled "The 10 Most Significant Education Studies of 2023." Our next topic is "Direct Instruction and Inquiry-Based Learning are Complementary." The two are are often misunderstood. DI is more than just lectures; it includes interactive elements like note-taking, quizzes, and discussions. In practice, teachers blend DI and IBL, starting with DI to introduce concepts, followed by IBL activities for application.
