Pastor and Counselor, Chip Judd has helped thousands of people work through life’s challenges, including many Seacoast staff members. With over 40 years of professional experience, he works to instill a new and healthy view of God, while teaching good mental health practices in the process.

But, over ten years ago, during a successful and busy season of life, Chip personally drifted from the healthy practices he taught others and paid a huge price, finding himself in a severe bout with anxiety and panic attacks. On this episode, Chip tells his story, shares what he learned during his struggles and recovery, and offers listeners free therapy and spiritual encouragement.
