  • How to know when you’re in alignment – and what to do to come back to it when you fall asleep to the stories in your mind and get kicked out
  • How to consciously de-condition yourself from old thoughts and beliefs as well as other people’s voices to stay true to your alignment, your expression and your truth
  • Why who you’re being and how you feel as you walk along the path is more important than how quickly you get there – and how being tuned into the fullness of here and now supports you in arriving there easier and faster
