Meals on Wheels SA is a non-for-profit organisation that provides delicious meals and services to customers across South Australia. Hearing stories from our wonderful MoWSA team caused us to want to create a place where you can experience the behind-the-scenes with us. This is what led us to this podcast, where our focus is sharing the great and interesting stories of our customers, volunteers, and employees’ stories with you. New episodes are on the 1st, 8th, and 15th of every month.

This week on Bitesize, we will be talking about gossip. We will first discuss why people gossip, and what makes for interesting gossip. We will then talk about the idea that gossiping is something that only a woman does, and why that is not true. Lastly, we will discuss gossip among older generations, and why this is beneficial for the health and well-being of older adults. We hope that you enjoy listening!
