It can be scary to leave the current “template” of work. If we leave the “norm” or what is expected of us, will we be abandoned? Will we run out of resources? Fear can keep us stuck. The fear may even seem quite rational.

Since leaving my 9-5 and redesigning my lifestyle, I’ve had to face it all… I’ve had to deconstruct my belief system, and then reconstruct my inner operating system with new beliefs. I now live a lifestyle that looks like I designed it.

How did I do it? It started with getting myself into the most stillness and spaciousness I’ve ever experienced. I had to slow down so that I could begin to hear myself, and shine a light on what truly matters to me. It turns out that living a seasonal, global lifestyle that is anchored in nature’s cycles and rhythms, is how I want to operate. By honoring these cycles, my life has transformed.

Inside this episode, I’ll share a few tools that I use at the start of each “season” of life, to map out my intentions and core focuses for the journey ahead. The approach is integrative across life + work, rather than treating them as two separate worlds. If you want to check out the templates I mention in the episode, be sure to check out the Miro board linked below.

The way we've been doing working leadership is deeply broken. Whether you're healing from burnout or just looking for a better way to run your company, you're in the right place. What is the future of work even look like? That is a question we get to answer together. After working with 1000s of executives and entrepreneurs around the world. I know that the deepest leadership issues are deeply human. We've got to heal ourselves if we want to heal the world. Welcome to the new South Podcast where each week, I'll help you explore topics that will level up your leadership and your life. I'm your host, Nicole Bellisle. I'm a leadership expert and Reiki master, and I believe the secret to more conscious work and leadership is self healing. Grab a seat and get cozy because we're about to go on a journey. Hey, conscious leaders. Welcome back to another episode of the new self podcast. I am as always very grateful to have you here. I am recording this episode directly after last week's episode actually. So I am still in that full moon, October energy. And it feels worth naming that I really prefer to work in this way to work in batches, where I'm aligning with the energy of my cycle, the moon, the annual cycle, and whatever season I'm in, so that I can utilize and harness the energies that are available to me in each unique phase. So here I am, on a full moon day, which also happens to be right around the time when I'm ovulating. And if you have heard me talk about cycle syncing at all in previous episodes, you'll know that the Abila Tori phase of the menstrual cycle is typically when we have the most access to words, creative expression or outward expression, we tend to be more social and want to be communicating. So we we become better communicators essentially. So in business, if you use cycle thinking in business and leadership, which I totally do. This is a great time of the month to do investor pitches, record content, get in front of a video camera. Because we also tend to physically look better, right? Because it's when you are ovulating. That's when we would procreate out in the wild. So we literally look better. To potential mates, it's a great time to do video work or photography. And because we have access to greater communication skills, it might also be a great time to do writing, such as captions, or in my case, I'm also writing a book. And of course, podcasting. So here I am Here I am ovulating under the full moon in Ireland, I'm still in Ireland, and just loving it. Ah, and it's funny after I finished recording, last week's episode, I got up and I was like, wow, well that that was a totally different podcasts than the one I sat down to record. I didn't even get into the topic that was initially alive for me. And yet this whole other beautiful episode poured out of me, and such as life, isn't it, it? It's really incredible. When, when we have acceptance, for being with what is here, and living in the intelligence of emergence. Being in sacred relationship with that which is emerging, then we can be open to something being a bit different than our expectations are a bit different than what we had planned. I've learned in recent years that planning doesn't work so well anymore. I used to love planning and it's it's not that I don't use strategic plans in my business or in companies that I run. Of course I do. I find it very enjoyable to to have a roadmap that is rooted in purpose and the North Star of why we're coming together to create something to put something out into the world to be of service to our clients or our customers. So, this you know this format of a of a strategic plan I think has evolved for me over the years to become more of a blueprint. And it can be more evergreen. Although I do think it's important that we continually or periodically check in with documents like this, anything that is a blueprint, or we expect to be pretty consistent to revisit it to see what has maybe changed or if the wording needs to change, maybe our external context or the market that we're in has, has also shifted, and it might be time to, to realign ourselves internally and to the external world that we're serving. So just an example of how, how planning is is different for me these days. I think being in again, that sacred relationship with emergence, we can integrate our inner masculine and feminine by having tools or structures such as a strategic plan, such as a guiding values and principles document that we talked about last week, that is really the the North Star of how we live our lives of how we make decisions we can, we can have these sacred structures that hold us and allow us to feel fully held and secure and safe and clear. So that we can fully relax and surrender to whatever it is that is wanting to flow through us. I have really enjoyed over the years beginning to ask myself moment to moment. Or whenever I sit down to create something really, how does life want to flow through me. Of course, I get to choose that. But there's also there's something much bigger than me going on, that I really enjoy connecting with and I enjoy being in that sacred service relationship to something that is bigger than me, that is beyond my individualism that allows me to feel part of, of the collective of, of something much larger. So I really, I do enjoy asking that. How does life want to move through me in this moment? Because this is ever changing? We talked about this last week as well that we're a new self moment to moment. So what is what is true here? And for me, since I am in the habit of asking that question, the answer shows up really quickly. And that that has come with a lot of practice. What's true for me here is that I want to share more about the blueprint or the template that I'm using for life. And what it is that I really want to call in and think is possible in how we live our lives and run our companies. Because I don't think I've really shared the the full breadth of this of this vision and of what I see coming in, in business and life. Because I see a deep integration across the to this integration of of polarities whether you call it masculine or feminine, or the integration of perhaps the best that the patriarchy has to offer with the best of a more matriarch matriarchal society would have to offer how do we merge the best parts of these things of the hierarchical operating system and the adaptive operating system. That's the language we use inside of the Executive Education course that I help run at Harvard University. So there are many names for this same thing, these these, these polarities that I think we're being asked to, to integrate first within ourselves, then within our relationships, and then within our, our context, whatever that might be, whether it's a company that we're running a family, that we're growing, a relationship that we find ourselves in an industry that we're that we operate within whatever it might be, I think this is this is the sacred work to do this to do this integration. As well as coming back into alignment with nature and nature's principles. So this is a big part of what guides me coming into full alignment with nature's principles is, is one of my guiding principles is one of the the North Stars that I now live my life by. We are nature and yet in more recent history in more recent civilization and how society has unfolded, we've done a lot Have we have invested so much time and energy and systems to, to making the illusion that we are separate from nature feel so true. Right? We live inside of these boxes in these climate controlled environments. If we're in a city, maybe we don't even maybe we don't see much nature, or get to experience how regulating simply being in nature is for our nervous system, we might just stay in a state of activated, absolutely wired, stress a lot, a lot, a lot of people are going through life that way. So coming back to this connection with nature, I think is part of how we heal. It's it's a key principle that because of the, you know, the limited resources that are very abundant, generous Earth has to offer, like we have to come back into the capacity that our Earth has to hold us in. And we have to do it relatively quickly. We I mean, we've, if you if you look at climate science, we've we've really passed all sorts of points of no return as far as what we've done, and the role that we have played in climate change, and wildly altering the, the environmental systems of our planet, and throwing so much out of balance, so much out of whack. That is a macrocosm of the out of whack imbalances that we're experiencing, in our health in our cultures, it is all the same pattern, essentially rippling across these different scales of existence, self other all everything is language that a another kindred soul that I met along the journey used to use, I think these these fractal stacked scales hold the same pattern. And it can feel so daunting to look at an issue like climate change and be like, Well, how do I how do I fix that? How, how do I change? How do I influence system level change, I think we start by changing ourselves, we start working with the pattern at the level that we actually have autonomy within, and that is at the scale of self. There's all kinds of patterns that we get to heal on the planet right now. And these, I believe, will have a big ripple effects. Because when you make the change within, it starts to show up without it starts to show up in our relationships and how and how we run our companies, you can't you can't unsee it, once you start to do this, this pattern level work this shadow work and start to alchemize these patterns within it literally changes how you show up to life, and all the choices that you make. So it's really a big part of what of what we're here to do. And I've learned that in order to be able to have enough spaciousness and enough stillness in my life, to be able to do this type of deep work that I believe is so integral to where we're going. I've had to really drastically shift my lifestyle, to even make it possible to even free up the space. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, like creating the space to do this work. Because it's big work, had to change my whole life my whole life. And I love the design, the lifestyle design that I am now in, it feels much more in alignment with my values. It connects with my relationship to nature and nature's cycles. So it's been, it's been wonderful, but just to just to paint the picture of this story. I mean, I used to be so deeply ingrained in the nine to five paradigm that almost all of my self worth, and my sense of where my value comes from. came from my job. Like, I was my work. I didn't know who I was outside of it. I was running off of fear and ego and caffeine And of course, you know, I needed to generate livelihood for myself. That was one. That was one reason that work in that way was happening. But really, it was me battling with myself around my own issues of self worth. And being in my wound of not being enough and feeling like maybe if I excel at my career, maybe if I shine above the rest, I can finally feel that I'm enough I can finally rest, I can finally be in the stillness that my soul craves. But anytime we're chasing something, we often stay stuck in the chasing, and we never quite get there. So I had to make a jump, I had to really jump timelines or jump realities, and reconstruct the values and beliefs that I run my life off of took many, many years, it's, you know, it's one thing to be sitting here on this couch in Ireland, living a seasonal lifestyle that I designed based on my values and what I believe. Looking back, right, it's one thing to be here. Now looking back, it was, it was hard, it was hard to be in all of this change, to prototype different iterations of this lifestyle, and hit roadblocks or hit fears that I couldn't overcome on my own, to hit core patterns that like blew up relationships in my life. Because I still needed to learn those lessons. And I still have plenty of lessons to learn, to be clear. Took took a long time, though, to to iterate into this version of lifestyle that I now live. I had to get outside of what I thought I knew, I had to essentially leave everything I knew and get into this spaciousness. So I, you know, at one point, I, I left my nine to five at Harvard University, I moved away from my friends and family. To get outside of that culture, and the norms that I grew up in, I think it's really healthy to go get a new vantage point, and look at our lives through that new lens. So I did that I moved to a different state, where I was a plane ride away in the expansive landscape, and beautiful healing energy of Colorado. And that was exactly what I needed. Every place on the Earth holds its own energy. And I needed to sit in the energy of Colorado for what ended up being five years to do this work to to investigate a new vantage point and reconstruct, myself and all of my inner workings. It was a really rich five years in the healing department. And baby step by baby step, I started to move towards living as these values embodying my full integrity and my authenticity. I'm now finding my voice in all of this as well. So if you're familiar with the chakra system, it's like, who I really had to clear out a lot of gunk, and a lot of stuff, beliefs at the root chakra level, when it comes to money and who I'm supposed to be and what I should be doing in a career, I had to let so much of that go. So much of it. And then I had to like really look at my self worth in the face and why I feel that I'm not enough and why I'm so afraid to not be enough to sit in the pain of that. Where does that come from? I had to ask all these questions. And in ways, you know, I'm sure there are ways to create spaciousness, that don't wreck your finances or your relationships. But both of those things were part of my journey. I mean, for me, personally, I took out debt and said no to a lot of income, to take this risk to take this jump. Because ultimately, I decided that this is the biggest investment that I could ever make for myself, to leave the current paradigm of work, and go sit in something else. Hear my thoughts really for the first time and let them be mine. and not someone else's, and not the, the thoughts or beliefs of this entire system and culture of work that I was sitting inside of. So, you know, I chose to take on debt to be able to do that for myself. And that might not be right for every person. And you can find a lot of stillness, simply in dedicating yourself to a meditation practice each day, you can still find a lot of stillness inside of your own life and change your relationship to time, you can really slow down time and still do this work. No matter what paradigm of work you're currently living in, I really believe that you can still do this work inside of the system. But for me, I had to get outside of it for a bit. And I'm still living outside of it. Because I now I now have a new relationship to, to this other way of living. That, again, is more connected to nature, it's more seasonal. So to get into the specifics of this, I live a seasonal lifestyle. Now, like what what the hell does that mean, you might be wondering, it means that I honor the energy of each season, and I build my life based around that energy so that I can be in alignment with it. So for example, during the winter, when there is a natural tendency to go inward, it's like the menstrual phase of the year. It's like the new moon phase of the whole year. We have incredible access to intuition and our inner voice, it's a time of rest. It's a time of death and letting go and shedding anything that no longer serves us. Anything that we don't want to take into the next cycle. We're essentially preparing ourselves for a rebirth, for spring to come for a new round of life to begin. And it's really important that we actually take that time and that rest. So during during winters, because I love I love to travel, I love to be in the energy of different places, I might choose a geographical place where I can really rest and feel cozy in my environment, have some of the creature comforts that I associate with, with self awareness and self healing. I might sleep more being in alignment with with the lack of light, the lack of sunlight that is a part of of that year of that phase in the year. And really, when I rest and allow myself to to fully be in that I'm kind of recharging my battery as well. I'm not forcing myself to take on energetic debt and borrow lifeforce energy from my future self by pumping myself with caffeine, and working all through the winter when my body and my being wants nothing more than to rest and to slow down and to be in the death phase to be in the ending of that year. So what that looks like for me is I might not take on clients or contracts during that time, I might stop posting to social media. That might be a time when I do a lot of journaling and a lot of writing. But maybe not maybe not podcasting, maybe that maybe the winter for me is that in between phase like in between podcast seasons, so that I can take a breath, so that I can fully exhale and let go of everything that the past year was for me and be in total emptiness so that I can take a full fresh inhale when the spring season of life starts. And because spring is so full of life and playful that might be a time when I when I choose to travel to a place that I haven't explored yet. Maybe I maybe I go take a cooking class in Italy because spring is also a wonderful time for new beginnings and learning new things. The summer when the days are longer and we naturally have more lifeforce energy. That might be when I take on the most clients and lead lead my regenerative Leadership Program which is actually a six month program. So Mike kick that off in, in the spring, because I'm harnessing the energy of new beginnings, I'm harnessing the energy of launching something new in my life, planting those seeds that will then fully grow and have some sort of yield, by the time the fall season starts. So I'm living in alignment with the energy of the seasons. And I see myself the more I do this, I see myself as a steward of the Earth, choosing to live in alignment with Mother Nature and make better choices as a consumer, bring more conscious awareness to, to anything that I'm buying. It's hard to, it's hard to not have admissions when traveling. It's one thing I haven't quite mastered, there are of course, offsets, and you can plant trees and all kinds of things. But I sit with that I sit with that as being still out of alignment for me. And I am wishing, wishing wishing for more sustainable forms of travel and fuel to become available to us. Because I think it's, it's so important for the growth journey and the evolution of our soul to be able to travel and experience new cultures, new ways of being new ways of thinking. So in a way, it's, it's, there's a cost that might be worth the growth that happens. And that's sort of how I've landed in my relationship to that. So I do I do travel quite a bit. It, it speaks to the more nomadic part of me as well, this this sort of ancient aspect of myself that, that loves to go with the wind and loves to flow with the tides, and experience new places. I just love it, it shapes me. I like to go to a new place a new context, and see what it illuminates and see how it shapes me. It's almost always a bit of a surprise and a bit unexpected. And if I'm following my intuition, which I do, to select the place that I'm going to be spending a season in whether it's a season spent with family in my hometown, or a season spent in Ireland, like I'm doing now and connecting with the land and my ancestors, I you know, I intuitively choose these places that might be divinely it in right time for my journey. But I yeah, I move around, I move around a lot. At least for this, this phase of life. And I benefit so much from these different these different vantage points, being inside of these different cultures in different ways of of being, and literally constructing the whole design of my life and work around the principle of being in right relationship with nature, and the cyclical element of nature's wisdom. I love living this way. So I design my business based on it as well. It's all cyclical. And these cycles exist across scales as well. Right I have the cycle of my menstrual cycle within. So I get to that content when I'm ovulating and it's a full moon and I get to rest when I'm menstruating. The same is true at the at the annual cycle level. And if you zoom out to the larger timeline of my entire life I'm entering the the mother phase the mother archetype of my life. I've been living as the maiden for so long and before that the child but I'm entering the mother phase I this this phase of deep service and gratitude and connecting with something that is bigger than me building a community that feels like chosen family because that's part of what I'm doing to as I, as I travel around the globe and live in these places I'm forming deep, resonant connection with other incredible souls who are choosing to live and work differently. We are effectively comparing notes, activating one another by being living inspirational examples of how to live and work differently. And it continues to build my practice it, new tools and frameworks fall out all the time, by having these organic and emergent conversations with soul aligned people. And the soul aligned people, they do live all around the world, they exist in every culture and every language. And I apparently am on a mission to find that and be in community with them. I think, especially as we enter this chapter of emerging technology and, and the future of work. I think global community that is based on decentralization is totally possible. I can have chosen family all around the world now, thanks to technology and the the ability to physically travel and relocate myself all around the world. So I'm effectively building a decentralized home. Because part of the vision for my life is that with these people that I love, who inspire me, who nurture me, and beckon me into a better version of myself and a more integrated, balanced relationship to life and work. I believe that we are forming some some version of decentralized home and pooling our assets so that like the the pipeline here is that we would have access to homes and sacred spaces for workshops, events, retreats ceremony, all around the world. And we would share this we would rotate through seasonally, we would overlap sometimes when that when it's right, to overlap when we want to be in proximity to one another. So part of what I'm doing when I'm traveling and building these, these deep meaningful relationships is I'm like I'm weaving I am I'm weaving the tapestry of this globally, seasonal, nomadic, chosen family way of being. And I think everyone in this, you know, in this network, and in this community so far is, is a soul who is living on the edge of what's possible with the future of work. And the future of leadership, that tends to be who I attract, because that is where my gifts in this world tend to lie. So I might be living seasonally and mapping out the blueprint or the template for how I do work. Based on the these cycles, the menstrual cycle, the annual cycle of seasonality. But maybe someone else in my network is, is doing it differently is living by their values and principles. And just being in proximity, like we get to kind of, we get to brush up on each other's superpowers. And the gifts that we're bringing into the world and that can be so energizing, and magnetizing. There's no one way to do this. I've just figured out that this way of living suits me. This way of living is how my heart and soul wants to live. I've never felt at home inside of the template that I grew up in or inside of the template of say colonial education and the school system that I grew up inside of. I always felt like an outsider. Like even as a kid I'm like, what are what are we doing? This is stupid. I don't get it. I don't feel like I belong. And I was terrified to Enter the nine to five template of work because I, even as a child, I could see through it, I could see the damage that it was doing to people, their health, their families, their degree of freedom is so controlling, or at least it can be when it becomes the forefront and when addiction to stress. And work itself begins to take hold. Tons of workaholism in America, and the culture there, I'm now sitting outside of that looking at it, and I get to hold this lens of oh my gosh, we are so sick, we are so sick, in our relationship to work in our food system, in how we do partner relationship. There are all these other ways to live. But I've got to go get those perspectives and sift through what might be true or right for me and then integrate, really digest and integrate. And that's what I'm doing. So now that you have a sense of the the lifestyle, and the larger vision that I'm having for my lifestyle of doing this with other people through a decentralized network that is home and chosen family, and meaningful conscious work together and alongside one another. Now that you have that vision, I want to share a tool that I use at the start of each season. And if you tuned in last week, perhaps you looked at the mero board that I shared in the show notes. If not, I'll link to it here as well. So this is another tool, or template that is available on that open source Miro board. But at the start of each season, I am checking in with myself through a series of templates that I like to use. And depending on the season or what is up for me in my life, I might pull together different subsets of these templates. And I follow my intuition with that. So I am not trying to rigidly do this, or succumb to perfectionism. I am using my intuition to feel into Okay, which which of these templates is right for me to begin this season with? So there there are tools like the one thing, if you've read the book, the one thing this, this template is inspired by that essentially, but what is the what is the one thing that makes everything else easier or obsolete is how the book would frame it. How I like to think about it is what is the one thing that my soul needs this season to unlock itself even further. So that might be priming my body, clearing my body of of toxins or addiction. Like you can get pretty specific with what the one thing is. And it does tend to sit at the center of many blocks that we might have in our lives or our belief systems. So identifying that one thing can be very helpful. If we know what it is, I don't always know what it is at the start of the season. It might come more at the end when I am having a retro, a retroactive and sitting down and reflecting on. Wow, what was this past season? What was like, what really happened here? What is what is there to harvest? What is there to reflect on or see, as I now look back on it. So I love the practice of doing a retro at the end of the season, or even the end of a week or the end of the day. Because again, these practices, they can also fractal stack across these these different scales. So the one thing is one is one template. I also use something called a wellness wheel to take inventory of where my health is holistically speaking at the start of a season. And so the wellness wheel is based on the eight dimensions of wellness, which is an existing framework that someone else developed that's out there in the world. But I've adapted this and made it sort of my own version, and added these fractal scales of self. Other all, which is inspired by the work that I did with a previous collaborator. And you can basically just take inventory. So like the eight dimensions, for example, physical well being is in their spiritual, mental professional, relational, there's there's eight that make up our wellness, from this holistic perspective. And, and I'll just jot down, where where am I truly at? In each of these dimensions of wellness? What am I noticing? Where am I feeling really good and in alignment are healthy? Where do I know I need to improve? What do I really want to work on in my Holistic Health, this season, and sometimes the wellness wheel can also illuminate what the one thing is, because it'll it'll stand out, like a glaring red flag of yeah, just basically screaming, I am the one thing I am, if you fix me, or if you heal me, because that we don't need to fix but we can heal, then all of this space opens up all of this, all of this opportunity opens up to really live the life that you're wanting. So sometimes the wellness wheel does help illuminate that. And then I've also got this, this tool that was quite channeled, at the time when it when it showed up. I was living in Westcliffe, Colorado, which is kind of like the middle of the Rocky Mountains, southwest of Denver by about three hours three and a half. And living with a collaborator inside of an immersive experience that we designed for that season. And we had different, you know, different goals and different intentions going into that. But it was effectively a season of stillness, and cutting out all of the noise, putting down as many commitments as we possibly could to get into proximity with one another. And really just see what's there? Like, how often do you get a whole season of sitting with yourself and noticing what's there, I had never had that level of reflection or meditation in my entire life. It was the most still that I ever was, I don't think I ever really stopped in my younger years, especially when I was like really in the pattern of workaholism. So this tool showed up in collaboration with with that fellow soul who was also working on a lot of these, these same things. And I call it the five d focus. And it goes through these five different dimensions that are based on the four elements that appear in nature. And then a fifth element that is basically just the unknown. So I like I leave space for that because we don't know what we don't know. And that became very clear that we needed to add that to this particular framework. So that tool is in the mural board as well. But basically what I do is I go through each each one of those five dimensions and choose the the biggest intention for the season in each one of those. So for example, I am really stepping into a new relationship to ceremony and ritual in my life. So one of one of my five d focuses is investigating which and experimenting with which rituals or ceremonies allow me to step into my full power as a manifester or that like Does that include full moon ceremonies, what rituals are most conducive for unlocking my human design of manifester? Is really the question that I'm sitting in. So that the the focus of ritual and ceremony and experimenting with that is one of five things that I want to do this season that I've identified as being one of five of the most important focuses that I have for this season. And you'll notice that it's a ritual or ceremony like that might seem like it sits outside of work. But if I'm using the these rituals and ceremonies in my manifestation work to call in ideal clients, or call in the the wealth or financial resources that I'm needing to support my ideal lifestyle, it, it's worth one step removed, it's actually the thing that sits underneath what we typically refer to as quote unquote, work. But I can't realize my dreams in the realm of work and creativity without this deeper work. So that's just one example of, of what could be included on the five d focus tool. And I mentioned last time as well, I love to use the chakra system for inspiration. So I have also identified the seven questions, one for each chakra that I'm wanting to sit with this season. These are the the like questions that I don't have answers for yet because I will be living into the answers. But these are the the curiosities and the questions that that I am most wanting to evolve into understanding or mastering in this intentional unconscious life that I am building. So on the mirror board, you'll see an example of those and you can actually see the seven questions that that I am asking myself this season. Spoiler alert, one of them has to do with my shadow patterns that sit at the root chakra level and might be holding me back. These are three examples of tools and templates that I might use at the start of a season. But there are more that you can take a peek at, in the mirror board and just kind of poke around, see, see what you find in there. I invite you to adapt any of this and make it your own. following your intuition there. You'll also see I have a whole section called tracking self across time and iteration. And you'll see some of the wellness wheels and focuses that I've had in past seasons as well. You can kind of see the evolution of me moving towards my heart's deepest dreams essentially. I've also been mapping the transmutation journey. That is its own section and and I'm doing this partly because I identify as being a psycho not right with like I, I really enjoy exploring aspects of the psyche and aspects of the spiritual journey. I I like naming them or drawing the process that seems to show up in my life or in across the lives of, of those that I am interacting with. So this is kind of like, I'm just kind of fascinated by this. And in all honesty, a lot of it will make its way into the book that I'm writing. But it's just interesting. So if you know if you're if you are also someone who enjoys understanding the process or the inner workings of how we alchemize and how we transmute our shadows into gifts, and you happen to be a visual person like me, you you might find these frameworks and this mapping to be pretty interesting. So thank you for indulging me in walking through some of these tools. As I shared last week. This is this is me expressing my gift more because this is what I really, really love to do. I love to use tools like this to work with leaders on their inner journey because leadership's starts within. And we can't be conscious leaders if we aren't doing the deep inner work of self healing, and identifying our patterns, looking at our self talk. So this is what I do with leaders and executives on an individual client basis. And a lot of these you can also zoom out to do within teams, or look at the different aspects of team culture and team practice that have become the norm at your company and move towards more conscious ways of doing business and of doing team management. So these, these tend to work at the individual and the team level, and at the company level, across all three of these scales. And I just love it, I really, really do. So I think this also gives you a little bit of a window into, into what I'm up to and, and what it would be like to work together should that be something that you are interested in exploring. And you can find more on how to do that and the ways that I work with people on my website, Nicole bellisle.com. And if it's aligned, I hope to I hope to dig deeper, I hope to walk you through some of these tools and have these breakthrough conversations that can support you to be on your journey of transmutation. Everyone's journey will look a little bit different. And this is this is just me sharing what I have found to work and what I have seen across working with many, many leaders over the years and beginning to master that connection between self healing and self leadership, so that we can build organizations that heal people and planet. That's what we're here to do, y'all. So, hope you enjoyed this little walkthrough. Again, I will link to all of this in the show notes so that you have access so that you can adapt and make your own. I hope that learning about my lifestyle as well was at the very least interesting food for thought. And if you are someone who also feel stuck inside of the current template that you're in, know that it's not the only template that's out there, you get to choose the template for your life for your work. And there's no one way or right way to do that. You get to customize it and make it as unique as you are. And I'm certainly here to support you and help you do that.
