Creating Relationships With Administration

As ag teachers, we work closely with every member of our administrative team. Whether it is creating an FFA schedule and working with your activities director, working with your principal to create a shared vision for your classroom, or working with your superintendent on budgets. This month we were joined by Kayla Fischer who is the activities director for Rock County and Colin Bargen who is the principal at Centennial. During this episode we discuss how to create relationships with administrators and expand on the relationships you already have.
