Born in South Africa and now living on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Cyprus, I have had the pleasure and opportunity to live in and be part of two completely different worlds.

Juggling roles as a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, and teacher – the list goes on. One of my most cherished life lessons is drawn from the wisdom of John Maxwell, who emphasizes the idea that personal growth must be deliberate; it doesn't happen automatically.

Midweek insights project is an intentional quest for adventure and growth. It’s a search for quality insights which can and do make a real difference in how to show up for what matters most.

The goal is to connect with inspiring people, continuously learn and share insights, remain hopeful and curious, find encouragement and to have fun and find joy in the little things along the way!
