On Today’s Show:

Farmer Joel Salatin and Dr. Sina discuss an exciting new study that brings hope and optimism to both farmers and consumers.

They are joined by Farmer Courtney White of The Trusty Plow Farm in Dahlonega, Georgia.  Courtney teamed up with a recent biology graduate from the University of North Georgia named, Anna Cronan, to study whether or not the soil and forages could be regenerated using an individual mineral program, livestock, and rotational grazing.

Their methodology not only improved the mineralization and pH of the soil and forages but also sparked significant interest in enhancing the nutrient density of raw milk through these techniques.
