He grew up on the North Shore of O’ahu, holds a USCG Master 1600 GRT All Oceans license, has a Visual Communications and Marketing Degree from Platt College, Los Angeles, and obtained his Real Estate Salesperson license in Hawaii in 2014. His passion for land and sea has placed him at the helm of many high-value assets. Benjamin oversees Groundswell Assets’ consistent deal flow and ensures that it meets the criteria of the investors. He directs the teams (Commercial Real Estate; Brokers, Lenders, Property Managers, Contractors, and Attorneys) across all of Groundswell Assets’ target markets.
