Greg Season 8 Episode 4

It is vital to be in constant control of our thoughts.  This includes not playing out things before they happen, and keeping our minds clear.  We do not want to be physically present while our thoughts are somewhere else.  This will make our energy not as present as it should be.  If there is an interaction that is odd, it can be released by replacing your initial thought with any different thought.  This will hopefully lead to more positive encounters that go smoothly, or have the ability to still finish well.
