But who are you becoming?

We're baaaaack! Took some time to restrategize my approach to uploading episodes in a way that's consistent. This week's episode was inspired by a quote on Chopra's instagram about putting more emphasis on who you become and less on simply accomplishing things for external recognition. That could be a part of our strategy but that alone will leave us empty and allowing the outside world dictate how we should feel about ourselves at any given time.
