The Joy (and Power) of a New Journaling Approach

Journaling is one of those things - perhaps similar to flossing our teeth - most of us know is valuable... we "should" do it. Yet - we rarely do. What if, instead of guilting ourselves into the process, we were able to tap into the magnetic draw of journaling? What if we were to discover the way in which journaling allows us to draw out the best versions of ourselves, to write and rewrite our story the way it was meant to be written? That - and the practical elements of putting journaling into practice, is exactly what we'll be discussing in this special episode on why journaling might just be the world's greatest mining tool.
There will be no ”should” or guilt included in this discussion – only opportunity and practical ideas that just like those early miners, you can take to the bank. Over the next few minutes, I’m going to share with you how to activate the magnet of journaling… tap into why our story is so important – and the opportunity journaling provides to re-write that story…discuss various strategies for making the process fit YOU… and provide some tips for getting started. We’re releasing this episode the week of Thanksgiving, as the weeks between now and the new year are often the catalyst for considering more deeply the way in which we’re living our lives.
