Diet Culture: How We Can Fight It
Diet culture is the societal expectations telling us there's one way to be, one way to look, one way to eat. That thin is healthy and fat is unhealthy (which is not an absolute truth).
Today we discuss two ways to free ourselves from this harmful mindset.
*Tip 1: Be intentional with your words. Don't comment on anyone else's body.
*Tip 2: Befriend your body. Shift the focus from the scale to what your body can do.
