Williamsville - New Religious and Cultural Holidays Adopted
In this episode we interviewed Dr. Darren Brown-Hall, the Superintendent of the Williamsville Central School District. Darren shared how his district created a DEI School Calendar committee and recommended New Religious and Cultural Holidays to be adopted by their Board of Education.
Additionally we interviewed Tony Scanzuso (Assistant Superintendent), Hayley Paterson and Michelle Biggar (Teachers) and Nicole Mayers the Assistant Principal of Dodge Elementary. They all shared information on the process, data analysis and the brainstorming efforts made to help create the recommendations.
