Having More Grace with CEO Paulina Bohorquez
In today’s episode, I spoke with Paulina Bohorquez. Paulina is a wife, mom, and commercial real estate agent, we talk about stroking yourself, your family/friends, and your spouse.
Paulina impressed me with how at peace she is in her business and in her life. We had spoken nearly a year ago and at that time I was awe-struck by how much of a force she was. Paulina struck me as a total boss babe, who rocked out to “Unstoppable” by Sia to pump up her and her team. The Paulina in today's episode was transformed! She is still rocking her business but with a much deeper sense of self. So we discuss the changes in her life and philosophy that have brought her this peace, as well as what it means to give yourself and others grace.
When it comes to stroking family and friends we talk about the importance of setting boundaries, and how the boundaries we set for other people, can show us the areas where we may be overstepping ourselves.
Finally, we talk about marriage, Paulina and her husband have been happily married for 17 years and we talk about the work that goes into that including navigating an age gap and being in different life stages.
