Karen Fisher is a restaurateur who has spent  decades in the restaurant industry.  Along with her husband, Chris ,they decided to risk everything and become restaurateurs. She has opened several restaurants, plus a bakery to fulfill their establishment's needs and become a supplier for other coffee shops.

Karen is passionate about creating memorable experiences for her guests, building seasonal menus, developing creative ideas to operate her business, and investing in developing a team that goes the extra mile for guests. She is also known as the Tomato Pie Lady because of her famous Tomato Pie cafe located in the coolest town in America. Her level of excellence, intention, and attention to detail, whether it is in her home, an event or in one of her restaurants, is easily recognizable.
