Episode #030
You Can’t Expect Your Partner to Be a Mind Reader

In this episode, I talk about the dysfunctional belief that your partner should just know what you want or what you need without having to say anything.

We are never taught how to have direct, open-hearted and compassionate communication with other people. We are left on our own to figure it out and many times, unconsciously adopt what was modeled for us as a young child.

How do we move from dysfunctional communication to supportive, connective communication? I give you 5 steps to begin this process.

This is Relationships Reimagined.

Join me to be a part of this new paradigm of conscious, intentional and diverse relationships.
