Hey! welcome back and if you're new, welcome to the wildest podcast. We never know what adventure we're on. Today we accidentally did some therapy so I just want to thank you for being here, listening, and hopefully you can find something to help you along your own therapeutic journey. So this is therapy with A, and we are looking at rejection and discovering my *vulnerable moment* fear of abandonment. it was more of a realization, maybe we'll return to this topic another day to expand more but i just wanted to share my vulnerability of the moment and talk about to inspire others to do the saaaame.
