Heidi Solomon-Orlick is the founder and CEO of Girls Who Sell, and Chief Growth Officer for The Doors Group. Heidi shares her inspiring journey from a 35-year corporate sales career to full-time entrepreneurship, focusing on her passion project, Girls Who Sell.

Heidi left the corporate world to grow Girls Who Sell globally and support her husband's business. At 64, she emphasizes seizing opportunities and following passions, aiming to leave a meaningful legacy. Inspired by her life experiences, Heidi aims to solve gender inequity in sales and support young women in the field. Girls Who Sell Academy is a virtual learning platform offering the #ExploreSales program to demystify sales and build confidence in young women.
