In this week's episode I chat about what is going on in my life, getting back to some basics and really looking to live my life with intention. Knowing your why really is the key to it all. Once you really understand that you can put a plan into motion. Look at all areas of your life and see what you are unhappy with, how you can improve it and how you want to feel now, a year from now or even 5 years from now.

What are you manifesting and dreaming of? What are the steps you can take each day to get there. We live one beautiful life. I know I wasted many years but now it's all about how can it be better in work, love, friendships, health and environment. Taking steps that feel aligned with your values and feel good inside your body is living with intention.
