Tracy Konane is an Identity Coach for people who have lost their sense of self in a relationship and no longer have confidence in knowing who they really are. From a young age she has felt a strong desire to find and express her true self, while at the same time being taught that she has to perform and be a certain way in order to be loved by others and seen as worthy in society. After struggling with self-abandonment and codependency for the first half of her adult life, she now works with others who are going through the same thing. She deeply believes in nurturing and upholding one’s own quirks, dreams, weirdness, and unique personality, and is building an online resource towards helping others to foster their own identities and lovingly put themselves first.
