I own and run Empowered Somatic Healing and Rose Quartz Mediumship. I have a deep and passionate love for all things metaphysical and healing-based. I am a Shaman, a Reiki master, and a Druid. I have a doctorate in Physical Therapy, a level 2 Somatic Certification, and a Somatic CBT Certification.

Present for the loss of her sister
Erin shares an experience with a student in our Somatic Certification Training. The student recently lost her sister and recognized that she was able to be present with her sister through the end of her life and with her own emotions in a way that she previously would not have been able to do. She allowed herself to feel her feelings and understood that she was processing the entire experience so much differently than past versions of her would have as a result of what she was learning in the Somatic Certification training. Erin has stated that Somatic Healing is the most powerful form of healing that she has ever experienced or learned. She has studied and witnessed many healing modalities and taken many approaches. While finding success with other approaches, Somatics has proven time and time again to be the fastest and most potent. Somatic Healing is a body-based approach that unlocks subconsciously held trauma from our nervous system allowing the trauma to be purged from the body.
