Welcome to Season 2, Episode Five!

Today, Dustin (@arrogantlyhumble) is in the house, and we're talking about the original psycho, Ed Gein.

The poison in this episode is the Lemon-Lavender Gin Fizz.

If you want to drink with us, you need gin, lavender bitters or simple syrup, club soda, lemon juice, Peychaud bitters, and lemon wheels.

The recipe for the Lemon-Lavender Gin Fizz is as follows:
1 1/2 ounces gin
1 tbsp simple syrup or lavender simple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
1 dash of lavender bitters (only if you're using plain simple syrup)
Garnish: two lemon sliced lemon rounds

Combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and lavender bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Cover and shake until well chilled. Strain into a cognac glass filled with ice cubes. Top with club soda and Peychaud’s bitters. Garnish with lemon wheels.

Enjoy!
