The recipe for the Paper Plane is as follows:
1 ounce of bourbon
1 ounce of Aperol
1 ounce of Italian amaro
1 ounce of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
For garnish: Lemon peel
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake until chilled, then strain into a cocktail glass.
