Peri-workout (nutrition around your workout) is such an important aspect of getting the most out of both recovery and performance in the gym. In this weeks episode I discuss pre-workout nutrition and how the timing can make such a difference in optimising performance and recovery in the gym.

Pre-workout nutrition is probably one of the most important meals for MOST people in the gym. There are exceptions to this which I delve deeper into in the podcast.
