We're back and we're talking about... Change. Are we ready for change? The 4th quarter is really a time for us to revisit the goals we set at the beginning of the year, take inventory of what we've accomplished, and decide what we still want to accomplish for the year.
Questions To Ask Yourself in Q4:
- What do I need to make my fall a period of change and growth?
- What did you set out to do in 2024? Where did you want to grow? Are you growing there?
- What's still important for me to accomplish? What do I need to kick to the 2024, even 2025 box?
- What support do I need to accomplish the goals that I have ahead of me? What do I really need to put around me? What kind of support do I need to grow?
